As a finale to Oldenburg's Village Under the Spires festivities on Saturday, December 3, 2022, the Batesville Area Arts Council is once again pleased to sponsor the Boar's Head Festival. Auditions for this family-friendly event will be held on Thursday, October 13th from 6-8 pm at Holy Family Church, or by appointment by calling Amber at 812-374-2037. Roles available for singers and actors of all ages.


Join the BAAC this Saturday, September 17, under The Umbrella Sky from 10am - 2pm.

The BAAC will be creating a community artwork during the Batesville Mainopoly event in downtown Batesville. The Arts Council invites everyone - adults and kids - to help us create this unique piece of art. Then, take the self-guided Art Walk that starts and ends in downtown Batesville to learn more about the 20+ pieces of public art on display in Batesville.








The BAAC Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, August 23rd at Izzy's 19th Hole. The evening included appetizers, awards, and just a little business. This year's award winners were:
