Kelvyn Koning visits BMS Choirs virtually

The BMS choirs were given the opportunity to do a two-part collaboration with professional musician, Kelvyn Koning. First, he recorded the piano accompaniment to music we have been working on in class for all three choirs to sing along with. These pieces will be performed sometime in January.

Second, each choir got to meet him on a Google Meet video chat during class. Kelvyn told us about his journey creating a career in music. He has composed and performed in many different styles and he even performed a few songs for each class! Students had the opportunity to ask him questions and Kelvyn also gave some words of advice to students at the end of class. Thank you BAAC for supporting our creative, virtual endeavors!
