Stephanie Pestana visits The Batesville Singers

The Batesville Singers show choir and back up band recently had the opportunity to collaborate

with pianist, Stephanie Pestana. Stephanie teaches piano at Miss Shannon’s Music Studio and

is a very skilled performer. In addition to attending several dress rehearsals with the students,

she also performed with them for the annual Dinner Show, played in a video recording for the

virtual competition we performed in, and performed at the South Dearborn Opening Knight

Showcase with the Singers. Stephanie and the student back up band earned the “best band”

award in our division at South Dearborn. We all want to say a big thank you to the Arts in

Education program for making this happen. We are always grateful for the opportunity to work

with new professional musicians!
