BAAC and Soderberg Scholarship
The Batesville Area Arts Council (BAAC) created this scholarship with funds donated to it from Peter and Elsa Soderberg. This scholarship opportunity will assist local residents with their goal of making the arts their life.
Applicants must be interested in pursuing a degree in an area of the arts AND
Be a graduating senior from Oldenburg Academy; or a graduating senior from Batesville High School; or a resident of the Batesville Community School Corporation boundaries; or a child of parents with a current Rural Alliance for the Arts membership.
Must provide verification of parents’ membership;
Submit a type-written essay describing how the receipt of this scholarship would help him/her to pursue and achieve his/her goals and aspirations in the arts. This essay should include
