*Adult choir—high school age on up Show up at OA auditorium Tuesday September 26 at 6:30PM. Brian Knueven will hand out schedules and music. Open to everyone! *Auditions/sign-ups for actors will be Wednesday September 27 from 5:30- 7:30 in the Meyers building 502 W Pearl St. There are 4 speaking parts—2 Heralds, St Nicholas and Head Angel. Shakespeare in the Park
Shakespeare in the Park's Romeo and Juliet, presented by Cincinnati's Shakespeare Company and sponsored by the RAA, came to Batesville's Liberty Park on August 17, 2017. Many people brought food and drinks and food was also available in the pavilion from Izzy's Catering. The weather cleared and there was a wonderful crowd enjoying an awesome performance.

Praire Fire presents The Wizard of Oz
Nearly sixty area youth starred in “The Wizard of Oz” Friday, July 21 and 22 at the Oldenburg Academy auditorium. The musical is presented by the Minnesota-based Prairie Fire Children’s Theater and sponsored by Rural Alliance for the Arts. The children auditioned Monday, July 17, and rehearsed only one work week before presenting the show Friday night.
